HOW TO ORDER

You can place your order through our website or by calling us at the store at (215) 862-5629.  When calling us, please mention that you are ordering from our website.  

METHODS OF PAYMENT

We accept the following major credit cards:   American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa.  There is a $20.00 merchandise minimum purchase. 

Money orders are accepted.  You can place your order on our Order Form Page, print it & send it along with your payment.  Make payable to Mystickal Tymes. 

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service unless requested.  All orders are insured for your protection. 

Please note that all shipping charges are based on packages under 5 pounds of weight.   Rates are subject to change due to over weight charges. 

DUE TO AVAILABILITY, ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 24 HOURS.  HOWEVER, IF ITEM IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK, YOUR ORDER WILL BE FILLED IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, ACCORDING TO YOUR SHIPPING METHOD.   IF NEXT DAY AIR OR 3 DAY PRIORITY IS REQUESTED, AND THE ITEM IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL SHIP THE ITEM TO YOU IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL.

RETURNS

Please contact us within 2 weeks of receiving your order to return merchandise.   We would gladly exchange or issue a credit slip to you.  Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging & be returnable in saleable condition.  Please note that the following merchandise is NOT returnable:  Herbs, Oils, Tarot Cards (if opened), Books, Music.

If any of our shipment to you is damaged, please save all of the packing materials and box and call or email us right away.  Let us know if you would like the item(s) replaced or a credit slip issued.  We may ask you to call your local post office to report the damage.
